Eagle Football Holdings, FC Florida Preparatory Academy and Supreme FC of Miramar have announced a collaboration to build a multi-club competitive academy based in Hobe Sound, FL.

Eagle Football is led by its chairman and majority owner, John Textor. Eagle Football Holdings is the leading shareholder of Olympique Lyonnais (Lyon, France), Botafogo Futebol (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Racing White Daring Molenbeek FC (Brussels, Belgium), Crystal Palace Football Club (London, UK) and FC Florida Preparatory Academy (Hobe Sound, FL).

“I am truly thrilled with the opportunity to partner with Richard at Supreme FC to launch a program supported by the resources and global reach of Eagle Football, all dedicated to the advancement of young student-athletes that are pushing themselves to their highest potential,” Textor explained.

Since its inception in 2009, FC Florida has developed 19 professional signings, 165 college scholarship players and 12 national team players. Seven FC Florida alumni have signed professional contracts with Eagle Football clubs. Currently, FC Florida has six teams competing in the top division of EDP Florida (2007 boys and girls, 2009 boys, 2010 boys, 2011 boys and 2012 boys) in addition to numerous top-level national tournaments.

Supreme FC is led by Richard Jobson, based in Miramar, Florida and associated with the ECNL with a focus on developing student-athletes for the highest level of college soccer.

“We are excited with the opportunity to offer our home-grown players the chance to participate in a global organization with international teams,” Jobson said.

Supreme is currently expanding to other areas in Florida to add platforms that maximize Supreme FC player development in professional environments.
